She can help answer any questions you might have. Then she will hop off the phone and you and I will finish up." Edify the leader and briefly introduce your friend. Then be silent.The leader will take over. She will edify you, make a genuine connection and then ask what they saw in the video they liked the most. She will LISTEN to your friend and may say, "Tell me more about that," to understand the concerns of the person. She will answer any questions, and then hop off the call and let you finish your conversation. You could ask your friend something like, "Mary, how do you see yourself getting started today?"Enroll them or get more information to them, according to what they want to do next.This should be friendly, validating, helpful, and not "weird or pushy."
